Very sharp! Not to put in normal cutlery draw. Had no problem cutting a 5oz rump steak I cooked myself..... I used one to cut raw chicken didn't need that much pull or push to butterfly the fillet..

Good quality knifes overall, they are sturdy and they are quite comfortable to hold.I have been using these weekly and the... sharpness is still very good, they are a bit larger than normal knifes but they do specify that they are steak knifes.They do the job very well cutting raw or cooked stake although it slices through cooked steak easier.
